These terms and conditions define the booking and cancellation procedures applicable to all services offered by INDIE GROUP, operated by SAS INDIE GROUP<\/b>, whose registered office is located at 104 Rue du Tibouren 83350 Ramatuelle<\/b>, registered with the Fr\u00e9jus Trade and Companies Register under number 89868230700035<\/b>.<\/p>\n

2. Booking Procedures<\/b><\/p>\n

Bookings can be made:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Via the establishment’s website;<\/li>\n
  • By phone;<\/li>\n
  • Via a partner platform.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    A booking is only considered final after:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Written confirmation (email or SMS);<\/li>\n
    • And\/or payment of a deposit when required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      The establishment reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking for legitimate reasons (force majeure, technical incident, prior inappropriate behavior, etc.).<\/p>\n

Deposit and Bank Guarantee<\/b><\/p>\n

      For certain bookings (groups, events, VIP tables, high season, etc.), a deposit or bank imprint may be required.<\/p>\n

      The deposit is collected and deducted from the final bill.<\/p>\n

      4. Cancellation Terms<\/b><\/p>\n

      Individual Cancellation<\/p>\n

      Any cancellation must be made at least 24h before the booking date and time.<\/p>\n

      After this deadline:<\/p>\n

        \n
      • The deposit will be retained;<\/li>\n
      • Or a flat fee of \u00a0150\u20ac per person (from 24th of december to 5th of january : 250\u20ac per person<\/b>\u00a0may be charged in case of bank imprint.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Group Cancellation (from [X] people)<\/b><\/p>\n

        Any modification or cancellation must be made at least 24hours before the service.<\/p>\n

        Otherwise, the establishment reserves the right to charge:<\/p>\n

          \n
        • 50% of the expected amount.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          5. No-Show<\/b><\/p>\n

          In case of no-show without prior cancellation:<\/p>\n

          • The deposit will be retained;<\/li>\n
          • Or the expected flat fee will be charged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
